The hotel is situated in a great location, making it a convenient stop for hikers on the Alpe Adria trail. It offers a nice outside area to enjoy their dinners. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy environment for a good night's sleep. the dinner served at the hotel is excellent, reflecting the local cuisine and offering good value for money.
The breakfast options are limited and lack variety.

I had a peaceful and authentic Austrian experience at this mansion-style hotel. The attention to detail really made me feel like I was living in a traditional Austrian home. The balcony views from the second room were stunning, and the cozy rooms felt like I was staying with my own grandma. The hotel staff were welcoming and the evening meal was excellent and reasonably priced. I also appreciated the easy and free parking available. The location was ideal, especially for those planning to drive over the GrossGlockner pass. this hotel provided excellent value and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area.

Location was alright, and there were some entertainment options available. Snow tubing was fun, and we also participated in a gingerbread making class which was enjoyable too. the staff at the restaurant were friendly, which made the Xmas night dinner somewhat better.
The hotel needs renovation really badly, everything looked outdated and shabby. the rooms had really thin walls, meaning the noise from other guests was constantly getting into our room, making it hard to sleep.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in a picturesque Austrian village. Enjoyed the stunning views of the snow-covered mountains from our cosy, well-appointed room. The hearty Christmas dinner was a highlight, with delicious traditional cuisine that exceeded our expectations. The spa was a wonderful way to warm up after being in the cold all day, and the hot tub and crystal room were particularly relaxing. The free shuttle service to the nearby ski resort was convenient.
Limited breakfast options that were the same every day and not very appetizing. The staff was unresponsive and fairly uninviting.
